I forgot the Drs. Name but he was very kind and patient. The dental assistants were very kind as well. The dental hygienist that gave me the numbing was the most kind. Her kindness is very rare. It’s very important to me that I feel comfortable and not a burden. Which seems to be the medical field nowadays. I don’t get that feeling here. This office hires very thorough and well knowledgeable people and I would feel comfortable sending anyone I knew here for work done. Aftercare when my tooth was bothering me was taken care of with a prescription without hesitation.

I had an intense pain from my tooth in the night, I called here next morning and they immediately took me in for an emergency root canal procedure. Dr West and his team were incredibly kind and supportive. I would recommend this location for anyone

Was referred here for evaluation and possible procedure. Appreciated Dr. (Jordan) West’s professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He could’ve charged me and done a procedure but instead said he didn’t think it was necessary. He was compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me in words that made sense to a non expert. The assistant was super sweet too, kind and patient with my questions. Front desk staff were also warm and welcoming. Would recommend them and come back here if needed!

This is the kindest and most competent team of specialists I've ever been to. They helped me feel so comfortable with my root canal. Everyone was more than happy to explain what was going on with my bones like they were all really passionate about their work. I brought my stuffed dog to hold onto and I didn't feel judged or out of place at all, they all gave her compliments and I felt so cared for. Dr. West finished the root canal super quickly and told me all about what I could expect. They really listen to my questions and concerns and they have genuine compassion and understanding for people in my situation. I wish I could give six stars.

I went in to have a corrective root canal last fall, and was quite concerned about how that was going to go. I don't believe I've every had a Dental professional ever go to the lengths that Dr John West went to assure, and explain that this procedure was going to be routine, and that I would be pain free throughout the entire time he'd be working. I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and felt perfectly comfortable throughout the procedure. I went in for the 2nd root canal today, and wasn't surprised to receive the 5 star treatment once again. I typically bypass leaving reviews, but this place deserves the accolades I've left on this review. If you need the dental work done, this is the place to come to.
